You must be 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages from our store or this website.
By initiating a sale over the web, you are certifying that you are of legal drinking age. Falsifying this information is considered a crime. BITTER POPS will actively prosecute and assist in said prosecution of anyone found to be in violation of state law.
All orders initiated via Telephone certify that they and whoever will be signing for the receipt of the ordered merchandise is of legal drinking age. Falsifying this information over the telephone is considered a crime.
At BITTER POPS, your privacy is important to us. All information obtained by BITTER POPS or via www.bitterpops.com and all of its subdomains is for the sole use of BITTER POPS. All information gathered (name, e-mail, phone number, address, etc.) will never be sold, given or disclosed to any third party company or agent
LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY
We currently deliver to the North Side of Chicago on scheduled delivery days. Our delivery boundaries are; Bryn Mawr Ave (North), LSD (East), North Ave (South), and Elston Ave/California Ave (West). A Map of this area can be found at www.bitterpops.com/deliverymap.
Someone 21 or older must be home to sign and show a valid ID for every delivery. If the delivery is made during the designated time slot and no one is there to sign for it, the order will be canceled and you will incur a $10 restocking fee.
There is no minimum dollar amount to qualify for local delivery, but all orders have a $7 delivery fee.
All Local Delivery orders must be placed online by 8 PM to be received that same day. All orders after that will be sent out the following day beginning at 11 AM and can be expected to be delivered by 1 PM. We cannot accept delivery orders over the phone at this time.
We do not deliver kegs unless they are prearranged for an event.

CURBSIDE PICKUP POLICY
Once an order is placed as “I’ll pick it up myself,” you must schedule a time for your Curbside Pickup. All orders must be placed online. We are not excepting over the phone or walkup orders. For immediate Curbside Pickup orders, prep time will vary depending on the size and time of the order but typically will be ready within 15 minutes. You will receive a confirmation email stating the time you have selected for Curbside Pickup.
All individuals picking up orders containing alcohol must be at least 21 years of age, must wear a face covering, and practice safe social distancing. We will confirm all Curbside Pickups by checking ID’s to ensure the person picking up the order matches the name on the credit card used to place the order. If the person picking up the order is not the person who placed the order, we will need confirmation from the individual whose name is on the credit card used to complete the purchase. You can do this by adding a note to your order with the name of the person who will be picking up the order. Thanks for understanding, this is for your safety and ours. BITTER POPS is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. While we strive for the ultimate customer experience, mistakes happen.
If you receive an old beer or corked bottle, please let us know within 30 days. Before you dump the wine or beer out, please call or email us for instructions on receiving a replacement beer or wine bottle.

BITTER POPS shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to its offices and information under our control.
The company also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication and private communication in an effort to build user’s trust and confidence in the internet and website use by providing simple and secure access and communication of credit card and personal information.
CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY AGREEMENT
Consumer’s Liquor reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at www.bitterpops.com, so that our guests are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used and under what circumstances if any, we may disclose such information. If at any point in time BITTER POPS decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether or not to permit the use of their information in this separate manner

Through the use of this website, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within the aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement.
