Noon Whistle Brewing – Brüski, Notes from the brewery: A beautifully copper colored Czech Pilsner. The Saaz hops that were used makes this brew slightly sweet with toasted and bread aromas and flavors.
Whiskey Hill Brewing – Put A Light On, Notes from the brewery: A bright and juicy New England style IPA dry hopped three times with Citra and Nelson Sauvin. Expect a slightly creamy body with bursting flavors of mango and pineapple, with a subtle piney finish. Put A Light On is the first beer brewed together by new Head Brewer Eric and Assistant Brewer Nico, with its name hearkening back to Eric’s first ever homebrew called “First Light.”
Spiteful Brewing – Whale Tickler, Notes from the brewery: Late hours on the trade forums. ISO: whalez. FT: whalez. At last, it’s mine! Tickle now or tickle later? Maybe never. Whale ticklers, drink this on your hunt. Its tropical notes will brighten the most arduous whaling expedition. It’s open season out there. Are you licensed to tickle?Double IPA with mangos.
Hop Butcher – Kielbasa King, Notes from the brewery: A Nelson Sauvin & Mosaic hopped double IPA.
Pipeworks Brewing – Emerald Grouper, Notes from the brewery: Dudddde…. we put in like what was it… honey. No, like insane amounts of honey. Annnd… pssshh… seriously dank hops I got from this one guy I know. I think it was like… dude…. I am so gone. Simcoe and some Citra and some Mosiac and what if the colors I see are like not the colors you see… what was I saying? Right, right, 4 Hands. They brew the stickiest of the ickiest.
O’so Brewing – Lupulin Maximus, Notes from the brewery: West Coast inspired Double IPA, dry hopped with Amarillo, Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe.
Riverlands Brewing – Cosmic Secret, Notes from the brewery: Let this Double Dry Hopped DIPA take you into outer space. We loaded this huge, hoppy, secret space beast with two of our favorite hops, Galaxy and Vic Secret! Expect huge aromas and flavors of unique citrus and tropical fruits that only Australian grown hops can provide. Under the ripe fruit is a pleasing bit of piney resin to cut through the sweetness. Full bodied and higher ABV, this beer will take you to the cosmos.
Metropolitan Brewing – Jet Stream, Notes from the brewery: features a wallop of wheat malt as well as a small amount of acidulated malt, resulting in a bright, spicy sourdough flavor. Ale yeast fermentation renders aromas of lemon, apricot, banana, and white flower. A combination of German Noble and American hops lends a gently woodsy and earthy compliment to the assertive malt bill. Lively carbonation reminiscent of so many German beer styles we love finishes everything off with a dry, sophisticated spark.
