Here’s to Us!
Misoo Aperitivo began in Summer, 2020. Four close friends – Shawn, Soo, Michael and Stephen – had independently worked across the food, bev, design and marketing industries. We’d helped businesses & brands launch, be seen, be enjoyed and succeed out in the world. After years of dinners, drinks and discussions around our collective passions, the four of us landed on one sentiment… it’s time we made a brand of our own!
Over the next year, little bottles of liquid experiments started showing up at each of our respective doorsteps. Ingredient stories came to light. Brand design and exploration took off, with impromptu dinners turning into informal presentations. We asked dozens of friends for feedback. And what started as a pandemic project, bloomed into a real product. While the world was on pause, we found a way to open up a new world – to us, our friends and our community. Misoo Aperitivo was born.
